I dont like the sports i bother to sign up for. they usually have coaches who are (in my opinion) " are supossed to cheer on their team." I, honestly think that they only do it because they are being paid to do it. or maybe they drank too much coffee this morning. (sarcasim) well this all is until it comes to lacrosse. i just found out about it today, but i already want to sign up. this happened with the other sports i have played, but this sport is the only one that i have had beforehand expirence on. a few college lacrosse players along with our PE teacher came and called all of the girls outside at the start of PE class and we all learned the basics of lacrosse. and i was ammediatly intrested. now i want to play. and girls lacrosse is a very fun sport. and by the way, just for once, for all you boys out there that are interested, there also is a boys lacrosse, and it is simaler to girls lacrosse but you can tackle other playes. (So THATS why girls never play against boys in lacrosse!) and since boys tackle each other, they wear helmets that look the exact same as football helmets, (guess why) and since girls don't tackle each other, they only wear mouthpeices and goggles (for speeding balls) heres some more history on lacrosse:it was originaly an indian sport, that could have more than 200 players, and could go on for days! then one day, an explorer came across the indians playing lacross, and took the idea back with him. then lots of people started playing lacross. now lacross is a popular sport played all around the world.
